Nevada is an all-party consent state for recording conversations. In an all-party consent state, all parties to the conversation must consent before it is recorded.

the interception or attempted interception is made with the prior consent of one of the parties to the communication; and (2) an emergency situation exists and it is impractical to obtain a court order.
