Companies record their calls “for quality and training.” You usually do not. So when an agent waives a fee, confirms coverage or quotes a price, and the company later has no record of it, you are left arguing from memory.
CaseHero keeps your own copy instead. It captures what was said, writes down who said it and when, and files it with the company it belongs to. The next time you call, you walk in with the whole history, not a fading recollection.
When a call finishes processing, the audio moves to your iPhone and the copy on our server is deleted. It sits in the app’s private storage, protected by your iPhone’s own device encryption when you have a passcode set. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI.
When we state a recording law or a dispute right, it is quoted from the primary source, not paraphrased. If it cannot be traced to the statute or the agency, it is not on our site.
